REJUVENATION PROGRAMS Supporting wellness and health despite disability
Our Rejuvenation Education Assistance Program-REAP helps
adults with physical disabilities learn and practice the basic skills needed to
maintain or improve their level of independence. Group and individual exercise are
offered as well as mobility and strength training, health education, gardening, crafts
and cognitive skills training. Activities take place in a socially stimulating and
supportive environment.

ENROLLMENT FEE: $40.00 per year
The fee includes registration in any regular classes offered by
the CREATIVE LIVING PROGRAM at the Salinas Adult School site throughout the year. Examples are:
Computer Use
Quilting
Watercolor
Knitting
Life Enrichment
Regency Court
Retirement Centers Program. Vitality, movement, creative life stories and much more.
