Adults with physical disabilities learn and practice the basic skills needed to maintain or improve their level of independence. Group and individual exercise, plus mobility and strength training, health education, gardening, crafts and cognitive skills training. Socially stimulating and supportive environment.  Mature Driver Improvement CourseAARP teaches safe driving techniques for persons 55 years of age and older. Certificates from the State of California will be given that could get drivers a 2-20% discount on auto insurance for three years. CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY payable to AARP for registration.
