The Adult With Disabilities Program is dedicated to preparing the students with disabilities to
assume an adult role in society. This Program is unique in the tri-county area and is geared to
teaching the student essentials for transition from high school to an adult life in the community,
and in the workplace.
Our program encourages the student, parents, and high school
teachers to come together with the student school advisors to develop a lifelong plan.
The Adult School Program is designed to help ease the transition student, and returning adult
with disabilities, into a school experience that will help the student gain the skills and competencies
needed to achieve his or her desired goals.
